Wrathbud (Etrian Odyssey II)[]
Wrathbuds are first encountered directly on 19F in Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard, but they can be fought on as early as 17F if summoned by a Rainbug.
Wrathbuds are considered by many to be highly dangerous monsters. On top of their huge endurance, they have the Vine skill which not only is strong, but also has a high chance of inflicting instant death on the target. Also, with Unload, they are able to damage the entire party.

The Wrath Bloom is encountered on the B2F and B3F of the Hall of Darkness. It is particularly dangerous thanks to a combination of Charge (boosts the power of it's next action) followed by Thorny Rain (a multi-hit move that targets everyone).

Wrath Bloom (Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold)[]
Wrath Blooms are enemies found in the Petal Bridge starting from 19F, although Prism Ladybugs can summon them as early as 16F.
They can be a nuisance due to their Discharge skill. Finish them off quickly before they have a chance to use Cannibalize and raise their attack even further.

- Cannibalize (Uses Head): Finishes off an enemy, raises the Wrath Bloom's elemental attack for four turns.

The Wrath Bloom is a 3x3-tiles DOE that can be encountered in Torrential Ravine, Mountain Cleft, Muspelheim (before defeating the boss) and Equinox Garden.
This monster is a Plant type monster.
Skills[]
- Needle Rain (Uses Arms): "Rains down sharp thorns that stab at all of the enemies in the room." Inflicts Stab damage to every party member in the room.
- Charge (Uses Legs): "An attack with stored power." Charge for one turn before making an attack that will have its power increased.
- Confounding Roar (Uses Head): "Lets out a perplexing scream, sealing the heads of enemies in the room for 5 turns."
- Amber Lure (Uses Head): "Sprays the area with Amber mist, calling all monsters in the zone to gather." Teleports all monsters on the floor around the DOE. This skill does not work in corridors.
