Vampire Trees are FOEs found in the Cyclopean Haunt, first seen in B21F. These FOEs remain hidden and cannot even be seen in the map during regular exploration. However, if you get into battle near one, the FOE will show itself on the minimap and advance to your position, aiming to join the battle if you take too long to finish it. If you end the battle before a Vampire Tree can join the fight, the Vampire Tree will go back into hiding.
Unlike other FOEs, Vampire Trees can respawn indefinitely, so killing one will not guarantee your continued safety in its territory.
