After finishing the 2nd Branch, you can go to Magan's House to redevelop Aslarga. In exchange of En you can improve services of several location of Aslarga. Improving the city is a way to improve one's party as well as buying better equipment or leveling up. Moreover, if you upgrade all districts to maximum level, Magan gives you the Great Tree Crest. When a District reaches the level 4, 6 or 8, its appearance changes in the lower screen.
Its also the Redevelopment menu that is used to repair a District when a DOE reach Aslarga and damage a district, even if the price can be very high and its often better to do an easy dungeon several times until the District repairs itself.
