The Rainbow Pooka is a rare FOE in Etrian Odyssey IV that appears as a yellow icon and can be found occasionally in the land maps. It will run from the player at sight. Using the Twin Propeller skyship piece will make it easier to catch them.
While it doesn't drop any items in battle, the player is guaranteed to obtain an Intelligence Book after battle.
As with all Pookas, the player may engage them in battle by flying into them without looking at them.
