Poison Dragons are only found on B12F. They are passive FOEs and do not chase the player. Upon entering the floor, they will move to strategic points near the lava slides, requiring careful trekking to evade them.
Their Venom Fang attack deals slash damage to the whole party, but the poison itself isn't much worse than the Greedy Lizard. They have a very rare chance to drop Vigor Books, which permanently increase the VIT of one party member.

The Poison Lizard is a FOE that inhabits the Toxic Cave. It is necessary for the quest Medicinal poison?, which requires the player to lure the FOE into spitting poison onto one of the Chop points before harvesting. Poison Lizards are incredibly slow, resting after every step, and in between movement, they spout poison in a + shape centered 2 squares ahead of where they are facing, creating temporary damage tiles.
Using Refresh Waltz and or binding its legs greatly reduce how annoying it can be by quickly purging poison from the party or blocking out Poison Tail altogether. Strike Guard and Power Break are also useful here.
