Metal Pooka is a rare FOE that appears as a yellow icon and can be found occasionally on the land maps. It will run from the player at sight.
While it doesn't drop any items in battle, the player is guaranteed to obtain a Speed Book after a successful battle.
As will the other Pookas, they can be engaged into battle by flying into them without looking at them.
