The Bloody One-Arm is encountered during the mission "Defeat the scythed fiend" in Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl. You can only do it on Classic mode.
It appears on B1F standing, but once you get close he runs away and it hides. Once you find it he surprises you from behind with an attack that does 15 damage to the party and then the battle begins.
This enemy has a pattern of attacking one turn, then one turn of inactivity due to weakness.

- Unlike its related monsters, and by extension, all of the enemies in Etrian Odyssey Untold, the Bloody One-Arm is not found in the Monster Codex and cannot be registered to it, regardless if the player attempts to use the Analysis Lens on it or not. This is the only enemy in the game that doesn't get an entry in the codex.
